Reiki
Reiki is a technique that uses energy force. It can be used to reduce any of life’s stress that may be affecting you or for any physical or emotional problems that you need help with. It is used to balance your energetic centre points known as chakras. It can be done either in person or remotely and is a sacred practice that you will find highly beneficial for you whatever your needs.

Trance
Trance happens when the medium steps aside and blends with another spirit. This spirit communicator could be a guide or even a loved one. Trance is an advanced form of mediumship and takes dedicated practice and trust and you will see it as though the medium is in a meditative state. Through trance you can experience philosophy, guidance, assessment, communication, evidence and healing. The spirit or spirits (as often there will be more than one in a session) blend with the medium to bring what is most needed for the individual sitter, it is guaranteed that it will always involve healing at some level.
